  • Reporting to the operations leader, you will provide technical and sales support based in our head office and warehouse site on Doral Rd, Waukesha, WI.
  • You will be trained to be an expert in the machine functionality and features, repairs and refurbishment, providing support by phone and video to the ErgoStrap team and customers.
  • Develop technical and business process SOPs, while contributing to an expanding US-based team supported by German design, engineering, quality and manufacturing resources.
  • Detail oriented, you will assist in inventory control, SOP creation, inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Support the ErgoStrap brand in a professional manner in written, verbal and in-person communications.
  • Learn a small portfolio of machine models, features and accessories that can be utilized in any industry that palletizes goods.
  • Utilize technical ability to troubleshoot, repair and prepare machines for shipment.


  • You enjoy technical problem solving, willing to contribute to the team to satisfy new and current customers, and flexible to take on new tasks and develop new solutions.
  • You are willing to travel domestically to customer sites occasionally.
  • You have mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
  • You are eager to learn new things, improve process and want to enjoy your work.
  • You are customer focused and flexible to take on new roles in a clean warehouse environment.
  • You are a team player, willing to ideate and execute new ideas.


  • Technical or business degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred. New graduates will be considered.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely in a warehouse and office environment.
  • Domestic travel required occasionally.
